摘    要:喷气涡流纺(MVS)是一种借助压缩空气形成高速旋转涡流场,对自由端纤维凝聚、加捻、成纱的纺纱技术。文章总结了喷气涡流纺纱线的结构成形机理,介绍了纱线结构分析方法,探讨了喷气涡流纺工艺参数与纱线结构的相关关系,为今后喷气涡流纺工艺设计与元件设计提出了相应的研究方向.

Abstract:Jet-vortex spinning(MVS) is one kind of spinning based on high speed whirled airflow created by compressed air which converges and twists open-end fibers to form the finished vortex yarn.In this paper,the yarn formation principle of vortex spinning is summarized and the analysis method of yarn structure is recommended.The correlation between the process parameters and yarn structure is discussed,which indicates its future research direction of the process and elements designs of jet vortex spinning.
