| 摘 要： | 以小鼠S180实体瘤模型为研究对象,通过观察小鼠的肿瘤重量、淋巴细胞转化能力、脾细胞抗体形成及血清溶血素含量的变化。研究了菜籽清蛋白经酶水解产生菜籽肽(RSP)抑制小鼠体内S180肉瘤的生长和对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,与环磷酰胺比,菜籽肽对S180肉瘤生长有抑制作用,同时明显增强小鼠免疫能力。 |

| Abstract: | The changes of tumor weight,lymphocyte proliferation, antibody in splenic cells and hemolysin were investigated using S180-bearing mice as the animal model,in order to study the inhibition effect on Sarcoma 180(S180) and the enhancing effect on immune function of rapeseed peptides(RSP) from enzymolysis of rapeseed protein,.Compared with cyclophosphamide,RSP inhibits S180 growth and enhances immune function markedly. |
