摘    要:运用p-Q2图技术的基本原理。验证了压铸机压射系统进油路调速和回油路调速时的p-Q2关系,两者的结果是一致的。论述了压铸模具的p-Q2图和机床压射系统p-Q2图的内在联系,阐明了在p-Q2图上模拟试模方法。介绍了对流量系数C进行评判和修正的方法。通过气缸体压铸件在BUHLER压铸机上生产的开发实例,诠释了p-Q2图技术在实际压铸生产中的应用方法。

Abstract:It was validated that p-Q~2 diagram relationship between the feed oil circuit and the return oil circuit of the shot end system of the die-casting machine is accordant based on p-Q~2 diagram principle.Relationship between p-Q~2 diagram of die casting die and the shot end system was expounded,and simulated ways for trial-die were described using p-Q~2 diagram,in which the evaluation and modification of flow coefficient were considered.The practical validation of p-Q~2 diagram has been conducted by producing cylinder using Buhler machine.
