自动车床凸轮CAD设计

摘    要:自动车床因其加工零件的过程自动化,生产效率高,被广泛应用于仪器如仪表工业中的细长多阶梯轴类零件的批量生产,是一种机械加工中不可缺少的设备;但自动车床加工零件所用的工装凸轮设计计算繁琐,容易出错。本文通过计算机辅助设计软件CAD,设计了一套应用程序,成功解决了这一问题,其具有可借鉴性强、组织流畅、适用范围广、准确性高、操作方便和运行速度快的优点。软件的计算卡和凸轮图样全部输出在底图样上,节省了大量的人力、物力,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:Automotive equipment because of its processing parts process automation, high production efficiency, which are widely used in instrument and meter industry more than the long ladder shaft parts batch production, it is indispensable to the machining of a kind of equipment, but automotive processing parts used tooling CAM, its design calculation trival, easy to make a mistake. This article through the computer aided design, design a set of application, success in solving the problem. This software can use the strong nature for reference, software organization is fluent, wide range, high accuracy, easy operation, fast speed. The software calculation card, CAM chart, all output in the base map, which can save a lot of manpower and material resources, and increase the economic benefit.
