Abstract:Ethanol is a remarkable energy source with increasing production scale.Reducing costs and improving productivity have been pursued by the enterprises.Technical investigators have focused on the deep exploration of the application of enzymes in the process.In this paper,the application,principle and practical data of acid protease in ethanol production were provided to the reader for reference and analysis.
