| 摘 要： | 采用索氏提取法对滇南风吹楠、风吹楠和琴叶风吹楠3种风吹楠属植物的油脂含量进行测定,并将油脂样品进行甲酯化处理后,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其脂肪酸组成及相对含量进行分析。结果表明:3种植物的种仁含油率都在54%以上,属于高含油植物;总脂肪酸中二十碳以下的脂肪酸含量都在99%以上,是比较理想的生物柴油的原料。

| Abstract: | Oil contents of Horsfieldia tetratepala,H.glabra and H.pandurifolia were measured by Soxhlet extraction.The compositions and content of fatty acid were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) after esterification.The results showed that the kernel of three plants had more than 54% of oil content,which indicated that the three plants belonged to high oil plant.Total contents of fatty acids(<20 carbon atoms) in the three oils were over 99%,which were an ideal raw material for biodiesel. |
