| 摘 要： | 电力调度控制中心是保证电网安全、稳定运行的重要组成部分。为了预防重大事故、自然灾害等突发事件对电力调度的影响，保障电力生产、调度指挥的不间断，提高电网的防灾减灾能力，省级及以上电力调度控制中心需要建设备用调度控制中心。文章分析了备调建设的总体要求，介绍了四川汶川“5·12”大地震后，四川电力调度备调通信系统的建设方案，并针对备调通信系统的运行维护提出了几点建议。
