| 摘 要： | 区域建筑容量的科学化研究是一个系统工程,涉及范围较广,以青岛市市北区为背景,对影响城市旧区建筑容量的诸多因素进行分析,并结合部分典型地块,提出以停车容量估算法作为计算建筑容量的主要依据,易于确定某区域科学合理的建筑容量、开发强度。对城市旧区的开发、保护及可持续发展有积极的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The study on the buildings′ capacity in old area of a city is a system engineering which deals with a wide area.It is analysed that the factors which effect the buildings′ capacity in old area of city.It is also put forward the method to confirm the buildings′ capacity and the developing intensity,which is based on the estimate for parking capacity.Which can provide a guide to exploitation, protection and the sustainable development in old area of city. |
