虹吸式卫生洁具不同冲水模式的速度流场分析

摘    要:卫生洁具水包壁的水流速度能反映水流对水包壁的冲刷性能,排污管内的水流速度能反映虹吸现象的持续时间、虹吸力大小及排污管高度的设计要求。利用VOF模型,非稳态气、液多相流的N-S方程。对普通虹吸式、喷射虹吸式、漩涡虹吸式卫生洁具3种不同冲水模式的速度流场进行了三维数值模拟,对水包壁与排污管内的速度流场进行了定量计算,分析了不同冲水模式速度流场的数值区别和对虹吸现象的影响,为不同冲水模式虹吸式卫生洁具的出水流道水力设计优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The water flow velocity in the bowl of ceramic sanitary ware reflects the wash out capability of water flow to wall of water bowl. And the flow velocity in trap reflects the duration and force of siphon and the design requirements of trap. Using the VOF model and the gas liquid multi--phase flow of the unsteady N--S equations, the velocity flow field of sanitary in different water--rinsing model is 3D numerical simulated. The difference of velocity flow field in different water--rinsing models are gained. And the data of velocity flow field can be used for the theoretical basis of the optimization of the hydraulic design of ceramic sanitary wares.
