摘    要:由于SPCE061A受到其操作系统结构的限制,程序存储空间一般只限于片内32K FLASH,虽然可以采用SPR4096对其存储空间进行扩展,但是一般只限于语音资源的存储。本文旨在研究对其程序存储空间的扩展技术。在对单片机内部存储空间和SPR4096的内部结构及存取方法分析研究的基础上,对片内32K FLASH进行统筹分析与优化,建立扩展空间程序资源在片内的映射区,从而突破了SPCE061A单片机32K程序存储空间的约束,为大型程序在SPCE061A单片机上的应用开辟了一种可行的途径。

Abstract:Because SPCE061A is limited of its operating system structure, the program memory is generally only restricted in internal 32K FLASH. Although SPR4096 can be used for extending the memory of SPCE061A, but it is only used for the voice storage resources. This paper aims to study its program memory extended technology. On the basis of analysis of the SPCE061A internal storage space, SPR4096 internal structure and its access methods, co-ordination analysising and optimizing the chip 32K program storage space, founded the chip internal mapping area of the program resources in expanded space, thus broke through SPCE061A 32K memory constraint, opened one feasible way for the large-scale program on the SPCE061A application.
