| Abstract: | At present, the procedure of professional titles evaluation for university teachers still has some insufficiencies, which influence the justification and fairness of the evaluation, as well as teacher＇s enthusiasm. This paper focuses on the problems which exist in professional titles evaluation in colleges and universities and dissertares how professional titles evaluation can be put into practice scientifically in the future. |
