PVDF静电纺纤维膜对动态压力信号的响应

摘    要:采用静电纺丝方法制备了β晶相PVDF纤维膜,通过SEM和XRD表征了PVDF静电纺纤维膜形貌和β晶相转化,并利用自搭建压电信号测试装置测试了PVDF静电纺纤维膜在周期性压缩下的幅频特性和灵敏度。结果表明:PVDF静电纺纤维膜无串珠结构,纤维直径分布范围为(418±157)nm,晶型结构以β晶相为主;周期性压缩PVDF静电纺纤维膜在低频(0.1~1.0 Hz)时,随着频率的增加纤维膜的压电信号输出逐渐增加,激励频率高于1.0 Hz后纤维膜信号输出不随频率而变,显示出稳定的特征,且压电信号的输出正比于激励动程,在0.4~1.0 mm的动程范围内,灵敏度达到375 m V/mm。

Abstract:PVDF fiber web with β crystal phase was fabricated by electrospinning and the morphology and β crystal phase transformation were characterized by SEM and XRD. Meanwhile, the amplitude/frequency character and sensitivity of PVDF electrospun fiber web were analyzed by the self-made testing apparatus under periodic compression. The results show that there is no beaded structure in PVDF electrospun fiber web, fiber diameter is (418 ± 157) nm, and crystal structure is dominated by β crystal phase. The output signal of PVDF electrospun fiber web is gradually increased with the increasing frequency under periodic compression in low frequency region (0. 1~1. 0 Hz). When the excitation frequency is higher than 1. 0 Hz, the output signal which shows a stable characteristic does not vary with the frequency change, and is proportional to the excitation stroke. When the excitation stroke ranges from 0. 4 mm to 1. 0 mm, the sensitivity is as high as 375 mV/mm.
