数字印刷三面切书机刀具调节系统的设计

摘    要:为了实现三面切书机侧刀和前刀自动调节,参照传统三面切书机刀具调节方法,设计了一种数字印刷三面切书机刀具调节系统。该系统主要由PC(personal computer)机、单片机、步进电机、驱动器、丝杠及控制界面构成。在控制界面中输入位移、速度和加速度等控制参数,并将数字参数转化为字符指令发送给单片机,单片机经过解析并输出脉冲信号和方向电平,控制步进电机带动丝杠实现刀具调节。通过对侧刀和前刀A3~A6不同裁切尺寸调节仿真结果分析,侧刀和前刀裁切尺寸调节误差符合国家标准和三面切书机裁切尺寸误差标准。该系统适用于数字印刷三面切书机刀具快速、精确调节。

Abstract:Referring to the tool adjusting method of three-side trimmer, a tool adjusting system of digital printing three-side trimmer is designed,so that the cutting size of side cutter and front knife can be adjusted automatically. The system consists of a PC ( personal computer ) , single chip, stepping motors, drivers, lead screws and control interface. Entering control pa-rameters such as displacement, velocity and acceleration in the control interface, digital parameters converting into character commands send to single chip. The single chip analyses and outputs pulse signal and direction level to control stepping motors, so that stepping motors drive lead screws to adjust tools. Through simulation analysis on the side cutter and front knife adjusting different cutting size from A3 to A6, the results show that the cutting size errors of side cutter and front knife accord with national standard and three-side trimmer cutting size error criterion. The tool adjusting system of digital printing three-side trimmer is applicable to adjust digital printing three-side trimmer tool quickly and accurately.
