浇铸IF钢的FC结晶器工艺参数优化试验

摘    要:在铸坯断面与浸入式水口型式一定的前提下,考虑塞棒吹氩流量、浇注速度、水口浸入深度3因素对结晶器流场的影响。针对IF钢生产,制定了3种FC结晶器工艺参数试验方案,并进行了试验,通过对IF钢板夹杂情况进行了统计分析,摸索出最佳的FC结晶器工艺参数为:浇注铸坯断面为230 mm×1400 mm的IF钢,正常浇注速度为1.35~1.40 m/min,FC结晶器上线圈工作电流为+240 A;下线圈实际工作电流为-274 A。

Abstract:On the precondition of a steady slab dimension and SEN model, this paper discussed the influence about factors of argon flow rate at stopper, casting speed and SEN immerging depth on the mould fiow field. Three types of test projects using different technical parameters of FC-mould were established referring to production of IF steel. Statistic analysis was carried out on nonmetallic inclusions of IF sheet, and the optimal technical parameter of FC- mould for IF steel was fished out: the slab dimension is 230 mm × 1400 mm, casting speed is 1.35- 1.40 m/min, the up coil working current of FC mould is -1-240 A, and down coil working current of FC mould is --274 A.
