论物尽其用原则

现代物权法已从“以物的所有为中心”转为“以物的利用为中心”，“物尽其用”已渗透到各国的物权法中，并在司法实践中发挥着积极作用，逐渐发展为物权法的一项基本原则，我国在制定物权法时，应明确规定该原则，并以物的利用为中心构建物权法体系。

On the Principle of Making the Most Use of Things

Morden law realing to rights over things has shifted from emphasis on things'ownership to that on things' usage. The principle of making the most of Things has been absorbed in laws of various countries and it is playing an active role in judicial practice with the tendency of being used as a basic principle in the law. In our country this principle should be made clear in making the law and it should be centered on in establishing the law system.
