软开关三相变频器的PWM方法

摘    要:提出一种新型软开关三相PWM变频器,其电路结构简单,开关次数较传统的变频器少,以单纯的ZVS方式工作,因此能减少开关损耗和抑制电磁干扰。变频器输出电压较正弦波调制时高,从而提高了直流电压的利用率,减少了功率器件的耐压容量。

Abstract:A new three phase soft switching PWM inverter is in troduced. The inverter uses a minimum number of devices,and requires less switc hing operations than the conventional techniques. Switching is realized solely i n a ZVS mode, therefore the loss is reduced and the EMI suppressed. Increasing t he amplitude of the fundamental component included in the output waveforms achie ves an effective utilization of the DC power supply, reduces the rated capacity of the power devices and the switching losses.
