高炉煤气与贫煤在电站锅炉中的混烧实践

摘    要:通过对200MW电站混烧高炉煤气的锅炉设计特点及性能分析,并根据气-固两相燃烧混合燃烧理论和高炉煤气的特点,完善系统,优化燃烧,合理调整减温水,通过逐步掺烧实践,实现了在燃用贫煤的情况下大量混烧高炉煤气的目的,提高了电厂运行的安全性与经济性,减少了高炉煤气和和环境污染,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Through analysing the designed characteristic and performance of combined firing with blast farnace gas(BFG) in 200MW power station boilor and according to the theory of combined firing with gas and solid,the two phase fuel and speciality of BFG,the system is completed,the combustion is optimized and the spray subtract temperature water is reasonably adjusted.By the means of the practice on admixing firing step by step,the purpose of combined firing with large amonnt of BFG,under the condition of burning deficient coal,was fulfilled.The scurity and economy of power plant running were improved the BFG emission and pollution were reduced,and the remarkably economical and social benefit were obtained.
