电厂锅炉燃用非设计煤种--神华煤的运行调整

根据电厂锅炉在燃用神华煤的过程中表现出的各种特性，就预防锅炉严重结渣、制粉系统爆破以及提高锅炉运行的安全性和经济性等问题进行了详细的分析，根据锅炉试烧神华煤的运行经验，得出了在运行上采取有效的措施，即富氧燃烧、合理吹灰和掺烧其他煤种等就能使炉内的结渣得到有效改善，为今后在非设计煤种锅炉上推广燃烧神华煤提供了宝贵的经验。

This paper analyzes the method of preventing boiler slagging seriously, powder manufacturing system blast and the reason of leading to reduce security and economy of boiler operation in details, in response to the characteristics represented in the process of burning Shen Hua coal, the aspect of operation adjustment and mix burning with other coal in Taicang Port Environmental Protection Generate Electricity Co. Ltd.. According to the experience of testing burning Shen Hua coal on #3 , #4 boiler ,we obtain effective measures, such as burning with rich oxygen, blowing the dust properly and mixing burning are taken in the operating , the problem of coking can be improved effectively, It offers valuable experience for popularizing burning Shen Hua coal in the off - design coal boiler in the future.
