摘    要:根据二次电池大规模生产的要求,提出了电池综合测控系统的设计原则,并详细讨论了系统的模块化结构、开关式恒流源、软件设计等工艺技术关键问题,并介绍了一种新型的免维护电池夹及电池放电能量回收系统。

Abstract:In accordance with the requirements of large scale secondary cell production,the designing principle of the multiple battery testing and controlling system was presented. The system modularized structure,switch galvanicstat and the key problems of the technological process were discussed. A new type of cell holder exempting from maintenance and the system of the discharged energy recovering were introduced.
