| 摘 要： | 体育教师肩负着学校体育教学与课外体育活动以及增强学生体质的使命,一个学校的体育工作开展得好不好,与体育教师的品质有着密切的关系。体育教师的品质在教学中是非常重要的,其中体育教师的心理品质也是一个极为重要的因素,它从某种意义上决定着体育课的教学效果。

| Abstract: | The gym instructor is shouldering the school sports teaching and the extracurricular sports as well as strengthens the student physique the mission,a school sports work develops is good,has close relationship with gym instructor's quality.Gym instructor's quality in the teaching is extremely important,gym instructor's psychological quality also is an extremely important factor,it is deciding the physical education teaching effect from some kind of significance. |
