14MnNbq铁路桥梁钢双细丝双弧焊接试验研究

摘    要:研究了铁路钢结构桥梁用14MnNbq钢双细丝双弧埋弧焊接多种母材与焊材匹配的对、角接接头的性能和组织状况,较为深入地分析了接头性能与组织的关系。结果表明,采用双细丝双弧埋弧焊接工艺,可以发送焊接热循环和接头的组织状况,保证接头较高的力学性能要求,并且调整焊缝成分方便,生产效率高。

Study on submerged dual-arc welding test of steel 14MnNbq
Abstract:It studies the performance and microstructure of the steel 14MnNbq joints welded by submerged dual arc welding matched with different fine wires in the paper.The relationship between the performance and microstructure of the joints are analyzed.The result shows that by dual arc welding,the thermal circulation could be improved and weld constitution could be adjusted conveniently,which is important to get optimal welding microstructure of the bridge with high quality.Meanwhile,the productivity is increased.
