摘    要:通过SEM及力学性能测试,研究了反应性聚醚砜(rPESU)用量对6421BMI树脂性能的影响,结果表明,rPESU能够显著提高6421树脂的冲击韧性,当rPESU质量分数达到10%时,rPESU在6421树脂中形成连续相,质量分数达到15%时,6421树脂的冲击强度值最高,为纯6421树脂的5倍。rPESU的加入量对6421树脂拉伸模量、压缩模量、弯曲模量的影响很小,但6421树脂的拉伸强度和弯曲强度随rPESU用量增加降低很快,rPESU质量分数达到25%时,拉伸强度和弯曲强度值降为原来的50%左右。

Abstract:The effect of reactive polyethersulphone on the properties of 6421 bismaleimide resin for RTM were investigated by SEM and mechanical properties tests.The results showed that the impact toughness of the 6421 resin was significantly improved by rPESU.The rPESU formed a continuous phase in 6421BMI resin when rPESU content reached 10%.The impact strength of the 6421 resin with 15%rPESU was the maximum and 5 times of that of pure 6421 resin.The rPESU amount had little effect on the tensile modulus,compressive modulus and flexural modulus of 6421 resin,but the tensile strength and bending strength of the 6421 resin were reduced quickly with the increasing of rPESU amount and decreased by 50% of the original datas when the mass fraction of rPESU reached 25%.
