主油泵中心与径向泵液压调节系统负荷摆动的关系

摘    要:论述了主油泵中心和径向泵油封环间隙对径向泵液压调节系统稳定性的影响,以及径向泵液压调节系统检修中容易忽视的几个问题。通过对故障机组长期跟踪调查分析,最终查明了主油泵中心与径向泵液压调节系统负荷摆动的关系。研究表明,主油泵中心偏差是径向泵液压调节系统不稳定的一个重要诱因;径向泵油封环间隙大小与调速系统负荷摆动无直接关系;发现主油泵推力瓦的异常磨损时,要同时检查主油泵联轴器的润滑条件是否良好。

Abstract:This paper discusses the influence of the main oil pump center and the clearance of radial pump seal ring on the stability of hydraulic regulating system with radial pump,and describes problems ignored during the maintenance for hydraulic regulating system with radial pump.With long term investigation and analysis,the relation between the main oil pump center and load swing of hydraulic regulating system with radial pump is found out.The study indicates that deviation for main oil pump center is the main reason to cause instability in hydraulic regulating system with radial pump;and there is no direct relation to clearance size of radial pump oil seal ring and regulating system load swing.The lubrication condition for mina oil pump coupling shall be checked when abnormal wear occurs in the thrust pad of the main oil pump.
