摘    要:在涂料配方设计中选择LD超疏水性纳米界面剂、Zonyl氟表面活性剂系列、SILRES BS1306、BYK-Silclean 3700等几种商品化的低表面能助剂,研究其对外墙乳胶涂料耐沾污性的影响。结果表明,添加适量的低表面能助剂能大幅度降低涂膜的表面能和吸水率,从而有效地减弱外墙涂料对灰尘的粘附,提高其抗沾污能力。

Abstract:Several commercialized low surface energy auxiliary agent such as LD ultra hydrophobic nano interface agent, Zonyl fluorin surface active agent series, SILRES BS1306,BYK-Silclean 3700 are selected in the design of paint formula and its influence on dirt resistance of emulsion paint for external wall is studied. The result shows that adding proper amount of low surface energy auxiliary agent can greatly reduce the surface energy and water absorption of the paint film so that effectively lower the adhesion of dirt on external wall and improve its dirt resistance.
