Technologies of effective management of municipal heat supply: Dispatching,servicing, and automated account of energy

The acute problem of automated management and dispatching of municipal heat supply is considered. The main functions of automation of the control and management are specified, including municipal heat-supply dispatching in Moscow. It is pointed out that all these functions can be accomplished with the use of the set of KONTAR devices, which are manufactured by the Moscow Works of Thermal Automatics (MZTA).
