短期劳动用工中的问题及其对策

近年来,短期劳动用工人数增幅较快,与此同时出现的问题也不少,主要表现在:流动性大,稳定性差;岗位(工种)涉及面广;整体素质偏低;管理水平参差不齐;工资待遇偏低,激励方式不够灵活;用工手续不完备,劳动合同的履行不够严肃;组织生活落不到实处。对此,必须有的放矢地采取相应措施,加强制度建设,规范用工管理,逐步解决劳动者素质、激励机制与合法权益的保护等问题。
