| 摘 要： | 介绍了ADV微分浮阀塔盘在青岛炼油化工有限责任公司新建10Mt/a原油蒸馏装置常压塔中的应用情况,在塔内件设计中采用了许多新技术和新结构,通过优化全塔内件的结构设计,使塔高降低,减少了投资,从标定结果可以看出各侧线产品的分割精度高、操作弹性好,证明ADV微分浮阀塔盘具有良好的水力学性能和传质性能。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the application of ADV tray in the grassroots atmospheric column for the 10 Mt/a crude unit at SINOPEC Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. Many new technologies and new structures are used in the design of column internals. The height of column and the investment are reduced by optimizing the structure of column internals.
