| 摘 要： | 针对工程招投标市场中围标行为比较严重的问题,深入分析了工程招投标市场中的围标行为.首先结合博弈论的相关知识,推导了最低价制下的多方报价博弈的均衡结果,并以博弈论作为分析工具,建立了招投标市场中围标行为的博弈模型,并对其进行求解分析,找出了混合战略纳什均衡.揭示了围标集团内部合伙人同围标决策者、围标集团同监管部门之间的博弈关系.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem that collusive tendering has emerged in many regions,in this paper,behavior in the tender and bidding market is analysed.First of all,the knowledge of the game theory is applied to bidding analysis under minimum-price system and the Nash Equilibrium is obtained.Based on the game theory,a game model is set up to describe collusive tendering.The relationship among members of the interest group,between interest group and supervisory branch is analysed. |
