| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国改革开放进一步深化和加入WTO后机械装备制造企业面临的良好发展机遇和更加激烈的国内外竞争态势,从技术创新体系的建立、人力资本、技术开发、信息化建设、自主知识产权、科技投入及产学研合作等几个方面进行了论述,提出作者的观点和建议.

| Abstract: | In the light of good opportunity for development and more fierce competition momentum at home and abroad which have been faced by the machinery equipment manufacturer at present,along with further deepening of the reformation and open door policy and entrance of WTO,this article expounds establishment of the technical innovation system,manpower capital,technical development,informationization building,independent intellectual property,technological putting in and cooperation with the enterprise,university and institute.Herein the author has put forward his own point of view and proposal. |
