| 摘 要： | 通过对我国民营企业文化建设存在问题的分析,提出了民营企业核心竞争力培育的文化模式。认为以人为本、至诚守信、创新应变是现代民营企业发展的3大核心思想,也是民营企业核心价值观。民营企业通过构建人本文化、诚信文化和创新文化,打造和提升核心竞争力,使企业获得持续不断的力量源泉。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of problems in the cultural construction of private enterprises, a culture pattern of cultivating core competence is presented. It is thought that the core values of private enterprises involve human-oriented conception, trust and innovation. The core competence of private enterprises can be improved through the constructions of human - based culture, honesty culture and innovative culture. |
