钌基氨合成催化剂助剂研究进展

摘    要:钌基氨合成催化剂由于具有低温、低压活性高的优点,而被誉为第二代氨合成催化剂.为了进一步节约能源,降低能耗,达到工业化的要求,国内外许多学者都在对钌基催化剂进行研究.而钌基催化剂中助剂的加入对催化剂活性有着非常大的影响.本文介绍了助剂的研究现状,对助剂的种类及其在催化反应过程所起的作用进行了总结,并介绍了助剂与载体之间的作用以及助剂我持次序的研究现状,旨在为我国进一步开发研制低温低压新一代氨合成催化剂提供参考.

Abstract:The ruthenium-based ammonia synthesis catalyst is called as second-generation catalyst for its high activity at low pressure and low temperature.In order to further save energy and reduce energy using,as well as attain the demand of industrialization,scholars in the world are doing a lot of work.The promoter advances in ruthenium catalyst for ammonia synthesis were reviewed.Different kinds of promoters can also improve the catalyst activity.The reactions between promoter and different supporter were introduced.The loading sequences of promoters were also introduced.
