摘    要:介绍一种可用于测量液压系统高压侧流量的行星齿轮流量计,其工作原理是将被测的流量信号,转换成齿轮的转速信号,然后再通过单片机确定被测系统的流量.当被测液压系统的流量改变时,流量计内齿轮的动能及流经流量计流体的动能也会改变.重点考察上述两种动能的变化对被测流体的影响,结果表明,当被测流体流量在1~1000Hz频率范围内变化时,齿轮动能的变化对被测流体的影响相对流体液压能的变化产生的影响可以忽略;而流体动能变化对被测流体的影响与被测流体的流量变化频率无关,且相对于流体液压能的变化,其影响也可以忽略.

Abstract:The epicyclic gear flowmeter is introduced used to measure the flow of the high pressure side in hydraulic system. The flow signal is firstly converted into the gear rotational speed signal, the flow of hydraulic system can be measured by the micro-controller. The gear kinetic energy and the fluid kinetic energy in flowmeter are changed with the flow of hydraulic system changed. The variation of both kinetic energy that influence the fluid have been investigated. The results show as compared with the variable of hydraulic energy, the influence of the gear kinetic energy can be neglected when the rate of the flow varies in 1-1000Hz, and, the influence of the fluid kinetic energy can also be neglected and is irrelative to the rate range of the flow.
