牙轮钻机履带板材料─—ZG31CrMnSiMoRE铸钢的研究

摘    要:对牙轮钻机ZG35Mn履带板的代用材料进行了试验研究。在分析原材料履带板失效形式的基础上,列举了新材料──ZG31CrMnSiMoRE钢的化学成分、力学性能、热处理规范及室内磨损试验的结果。用扫描电镜观察了试样磨损表面的形貌,并进行了分析讨论。所研制的新材料履带板已装机在矿山使用,寿命比原用材料履带板提高60%,经济效益十分显著。

Abstract:In this paper,a trial research for replacing cast steel 35Mn track shoe ofHasthole drill is done,After failure analvsis on the former track shoe,the results of thechemical composition of the new material,mechanical properties,heat treatment and wearingtest in laboratory are involved.The wearing surface figure of test sample is observed withSEM and discussed,too.The new material track shoes have been used in mines,and their service life is raised by 60%.The economic benefit is remarkable.
