中压加氢裂化加工大庆VGO的研究

摘    要:介绍了中压加氢裂化(RMC)工艺在3L中型试验装置上加工大庆VGO及其合油的研究结果,结果表明,利用中压加氢裂化工艺加工大庆VGO或其混合油可以获得高芳烃潜含量的重整原料,合格的3号喷气燃料,低硫和低凝柴油以及BMCI低的尾油,蒸汽裂解试验显示尾油馏分是很发的蒸汽裂争制乙烯的料,其乙烯书率较大庆AGO高2-3个百分点,该工艺还可灵活地加工VGO/催化裂化柴油或VGO/焦化蜡油的混合油。

Abstract:Mid pressure hydrocracking technology RMC was conducted on a 3L pilot plant processing Daqing VGO and its mixtures. The test result showed that reformer feedstock with high potential aromatics, 3 # jet fuel, low sulfur and low solidifying point diesel and unconverted oil with low BMCI value were obtained. The unconverted oil was a good feedstock for steam cracking and its ethylene yield was 2%-3% higher than that of Daqing AGO feedstock. RMC technology also showed the flexibility for processing the mixtures of LCO/VGO and LCO/CGO/VGO.
