| 摘 要： | 为解决北方冬季冻煤卸车问题，借助采煤机截齿切割煤炭原理，利用螺旋滚筒往车外排送煤炭，并对螺旋截齿配置与牵引速度进行合理匹配，设计出一种新型的截齿卸煤机，能大大提高卸车效率。

| Abstract: | To solve issues related to the unloading of frozen coal in winter in the north,this essay designs a new type of the coal unloader with saw teeth by borrowing the operating principle based on which a coal cutter cuts off coal with its cutting picks and then by optimizing both the spiral pick configuration and the traction speed to achieve a rational match. The unloader helps greatly increase the unloading efficiency. |
