| 摘 要： | 晶体硅太阳电池市场占有率约70％～80％，由于多晶硅材料价格大幅度上涨，晶体硅太阳电池的高成本加上使用期维护费用过高，光伏发电成本难以回收，制约了光伏发电市场的发展。启动太阳电池市场的关键在于太阳能电池技术的进步，一是通过工艺和太阳电池结构改进降低太阳电池的制造成本，二是通过工艺和太阳能电池技术改进提高太阳能电池的转换效率，最终使太阳电池的发电成本相当或者低于传统发电成本，薄膜太阳能电池技术在低成本光伏发电应用有更大发展潜力。 |
