| 摘 要： | 以人为本的命题包含着"以人的什么为本?"、"以什么人为本?"、"以人的现在还是未来为本?"等三方面的问题.对这三个问题的回答分别体现了唯物发展观、协调发展观和可持续发展观三种发展理念.
