摘    要:食品辐照法作为一项新型的食品保藏技术,由于它的有效性、安全性和无污染等优点而正在受到国内外的关注。本文通过食品辐照法的原理、发展历程和安全性的介绍对其的优越性、在加工中对食品营养成分和包装材料的影响做了简要阐述,对其发展前景提出了看法与观点。

Abstract:Food irradiation is a new storage technology. Because of its validity, security, and no - pollution, international and domestic attentions are now focused on it. The principles of food irradiation, its development and security are introduced. Food irradiation's advantage, its effects on food's nutritional ingredients and packaging materials are discussed briefly. Some relative perspectives about its prospect are also mentioned.
