海洋钻井隔水管适用性评价技术研究

摘    要:根据海洋钻井隔水管自身特点,采用基于断裂力学的单根适用性评价方法,考虑隔水管疲劳载荷特点和海浪的随机载荷影响,通过分析和控制缺陷扩展可以避免疲劳失效,并进行剩余疲劳寿命预测。计算实例表明,波浪载荷是造成海洋钻井隔水管疲劳损伤的重要原因,海洋钻井隔水管的初始裂纹尺寸a0越小,其疲劳寿命越长,反之,则寿命越短。因此,提高裂纹检测水平,以及尽早发现细小缺陷对延长钻井隔水管的剩余寿命至关重要。

Abstract:According to its own feature of marine drilling riser, by using the single adaptability evaluation method based on breaking mechanics and considering the fatigue load feature of riser and random load effect of sea wave, the drawbacks is analyzed and controlled to prevent fatigue failure and the residual fatigue life is predicted. The calculated case study shows that the wave load is an important reason for the fatigue damage of marine drilling riser, and the smaller the initial fracture size a0 of the riser is, the longer the fatigue life is, on the contrary, the shorter the fatigue life is. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to improve the detection level of fracture and timely discover small drawbacks for extending the residual life of riser.
