硼铸铁与气缸套硬质相数量的控制方法

摘    要:通过试验研究,探讨了用于大型船用柴油机气缸套的硼铸铁,B和P对硬质相含量及机械性能的影响.指出B和P含量与硬质相数量(Hp)的关系符合下式:Hp=11(10B+P)-0.3,生产应用表明,用上式计算的硬质相含量与实测值相比,平均误差仅为5.8%

Abstract:This paper studied effects of P and B on the hard phase quantity and mechanical properties of boron cast iron used in large marine diesel engine cylinder sleeves The relationship between the P and B contents (wt%) and hard phase quantities (Hp%) has been formularized It is shown in application that the average deviation between the actual value and calculating one is about 5 8%
