常减压蒸馏装置扩能改造新途径

摘    要:论证了“三炉四塔”工艺的可行性,采用负荷转移、四级蒸馏是2.5 Mt/a常减压装置扩能至5.0 Mt/a的一条新途径,并在实际改造中得以实施。改造后与改造前相比,总拔出率提高了1.47%,能耗下降了171.2 MJ/t,此改造可供其它炼油厂借鉴。

Abstract:The process feasibility of four-towers with three-furnaces was expounded.Application of load transfer and four-stage distillation was a new approach to expand the capacity of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit from 2. 5Mt/a to 5. 0Mt/a. After revamping, comparing with the original, the total distilled oil yield increased by 1. 47 percentages, and the energy consumption decreased by 171. 2MJ/t. The revamping experience could be used as reference for other refineries.
