摘 要: | 本文通过对“全并联方式”下多个力传感器共同称重的研究,提出了一种减小称重系统测量误差的方法,即在桥式电路的输入端串八电阻,改变力传感器的实际供桥电压,从而使得各力传感器的“有效输出灵敏度”能够尽可能的保持一致,保证了在载荷不均匀加载的情况下,整个称重系统的测量仍能达到高的精度。

Research on Weighing by Multiple Load Cells Based on All-Parallel Manner |

Abstract: | On base of studying the weighing system of multiple load cells uuder "all-parallel manner", a method is put forward to reduce the measurement error of the weighing system in this article, that is applying series resistor to input of bridge circuit to adjust the actual bridge voltage of load cells. Then the effective sensitivities of load cells keep pace with each other. In this way, the weighing system can achieve higher measurement accuracy under the circumstances of uneven load |
