| 摘 要： | 精度和效率是制约快速成型技术发展的瓶颈,如何提高快速成型制件的精度已成为快速成型技术研究的热点问题之一。快速成型制件产生误差的因素有原理性误差、设备误差、工艺误差及材料收缩引起的误差。阐述了FDM工艺中丝材的粘结机理,通过实验着重分析了各工艺参数(温度、层厚、速度、线宽补偿、延迟时间)对成型工艺过程的影响及对成型制件精度的影响。

| Abstract: | As precision and efficiency are the bottlenecks that restrain the development of rapid prototyping technology(RPT),the enhancement of precision has become one of the focuses in the studies on RPT.Factors which produce errors in fused deposition modeling(FDM) may include principles,equipment,process and contraction of ABS materials.The adhesive mechanism in FDM process is elaborated in this paper.Besides,the influence of different technical parameters on the FDM process and parts precision is analyzed,including temperatures,layer thickness,velocity,compensation of linear width and deferment time. |
