| 摘 要： | 建设工程契约信用评价体系主要由评价管理办法、评价指标体系、评价教学模型和评价软件系统组成.评价指标体系主要由合同管理水平、合同缔约能力、合同缔约状况、合同履约能力、合同履约状况和企业合同社会信誉度等六部分一级指标内容组成.文章又从发包人和承包人两方面探讨了二级指标组成问题.
