地面水中O,O—二甲基硫代磷酰胺的气相色谱分析

摘    要:本文研究了地面水O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺(DMPAT)的气相色谱分析方法,采用直接进水样技术,大口径毛细管柱分离DMPAT和氮磷检测器(NPD)检测,得到了良好的分离效果和较高的灵敏度,方法的绝对检出限可达3×10~(-3)g。实验结果表明,DMPAT具有良好的色谱行为,较宽的线性范围,在此条件下,避免了许多不含氮磷化合物及甲胺磷的干扰。

Abstract:The analytical method for O,O-dimethy phosphoramide thioate in surface water is studied by gas chromatography in this paper. The direct injection of water and a capillary column with wide-diameter is used to separate DMPAT and the nitrogen-phosphorus detector is used to detect DMPAT. The absolute detected value is 3×10~(-12)g. The examination results showed that the DMPAT has good chromatographic property and wide linear range.
