| 摘 要： | 从非经营性政府投资项目和代建制的概念入手,分析了我国代建制产生的背景和发展状况。通过对代建制的管理模式的分析,重点研究了当前代建制存在的主要问题,并对非经营性政府投资项目的管理模式进行了探索。研究表明,我国非经营性政府投资项目的管理需要在结合代建制实行过程中所出现的问题的基础上积极探索,通过良好的管理模式提高政府投资效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the conception of non-profit governmental project and the agent-construction system, this paper analyzes the background of origination of agent-construction system and development situation about it in china. Through the analysis of management modes of agent-construction system, this paper highlights the studies on the main problems of agent-construction system at present, and it also does some explorations on the management modes of non-profit governmental project. The study suggests that the management of non-profit governmental project in our country is needed to explore actively based on the consideration on the problems occurred during the implementation of the agent-construction system in order to enhance the efficiency of government invest by good management modes. |
