| 摘 要： | 针对某省电网"十二五"规划,通过对涉及的项目投资、售电量变化预测、售电电价变化趋势等方面的深入研究,以及投资、利润、电量对投资能力影响、电价对投资能力影响的敏感性分析,对电网"十二五"规划的经营效益、投资效益和社会效益进行了综合分析、测算和评估,以期达到满足规划精益化和精细化要求的目的.

| Abstract: | Further study on project investment,sold electricity quantity variation forecasting,electricity tariff changing trend based on the 12th five-year plan of a certain provincial power grind has been carried out.Sensitivity analyses on the influence of investment,profit,electricity quantity and electricity tariff on investment ability have also been performed.The management benefit,investment profit and social benefit according to the 12th five-year plan have been comprehensively analysed,measured and evaluated to meet the requirement for lean and fine planning. |
