摘    要:针对600 MW机组锅炉配备的低NOx轴向LNASB型旋流燃烧器的空气动力特性进行了冷态测试和冷热态调整,根据试验结果分析了设计煤质霍林河褐煤的二次风旋流和二次风开度等参数的调整方式.建议霍林河褐煤采用二次风旋流强度最大、二次风套简挡板开度最小或者二次风旋流强度中等、二次风套简挡板开度中等2种配风调整方式.在热态运行中...

Abstract:Cold state measurement and cold&, running state adjustment on aerodynamic characteristics for low NO, axial I.NASB type swirl burner in 600 MW unit have been carried out. The adjustment mode for secondary air swirl and opening degree based on the quality of designed Huolinhe Coal has been analyzed based on the test result. Two type of adjustment modes, maximum secondary air swirl intensify with smallest bushing shield opening degree or mid intensity secondary air swirl with mid opening degree of bushing shield are proposed for Huolinhe coal. The flow rate of primary and secondary air should be reasonably controlled in running state for a better recalculating zone.
