| 摘 要： | 常减压装置的安稳运行是整个炼油系统能够长周期运行的重要保证，通过实施RBI技术明确了某常减压装置的风险状况，提出了装置静设备重要风险点，分析了影响这些风险点的因素，制订了日常监测和在线检测的具体策略，并将这部分内容纳入设备日常管理的范围之内。

| Abstract: | The stable operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was an important guarantee for a long-term operation of the entire refining system capable.Through the implementation of RBI technology, clearly the risk profile of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, the important risk points of the static equipment were proposed, the factors affecting these risks point were analyzed, a specific strategy about the routine monitoring and the online testing was formulated, and these strategies was incorporated into the scope of the daily device management. |
