微波消解-ICP-MS测定土壤及植物中硒的含量

摘    要:建立微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱( ICP-MS)测定土壤及植物中硒的分析方法。对土壤样采用硝酸-氢氟酸、植物样采用硝酸作为消解液进行微波消解,用ICP-MS 测定样品中的硒含量。该方法对菠菜GSB-6( GBW10015)和土壤ESS-3( GSBZ50013-88)标准参考物质中硒进行分析结果与标准值相符合,相对误差分别为7.6%和10.5%。用于实际土壤样品和植物样品中硒的测定,该方法的检出限为0.20μg/L,其相对标准偏差RSD<10%,加标回收率介于92%~108%之间。为土壤和植物样品中硒的分析测试提供了一种简便、快速、准确、可靠的方法。

Abstract:A method was developed to analyze selenium in soil and plan by inducted coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The soil samples were digested by nitrate-hydrofluoric acid and plan samples was digested by nitrate in a microwave and measured by ICP-MS.The results of spinach GSB-6 ( GBW10015 ) and soil ESS-3 ( GSBZ50013-88 ) references were in the range of standard values, and the relative error were 7.6% and 10.5%, respectively.The detection limit was 0.20μg/L and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The recovery rate was between 92%~108%.This method was a simple, quick, accurate and reliable way to measure selenium in soil and plan.
